Water Recipes That Will Help You Lose Weight and Detox Your Body



The inner body is washed with fluid and the shower will be much more efficient if instead of purchased juice we turn to ‘infusion bottles’ that can treat our body with fresh minerals and vitamins.

  1. Pink infusion

Preparation:

Ingredients:
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 leaves of kale
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 beets
  • 250g spinach
  • 250g fresh cabbage
  • 150gr parsley
  • ½ onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
Wash the leafy vegetables well. Put the celery, carrots, onion and garlic in the blender and mix.
 If it is necessary add more water in order to make this beverage more drinkable. Store the resulting amount in the fridge and drink it during the day.
  1. Red infusion

Because of the high selenium content beetroot is a food product which has the properties of re-mineralization and successfully confronts to premature aging and participates in the general cleansing of the body.
 Blackberries are ten times richer in antioxidants than tomatoes or broccoli and that places them in the top ten healthiest foods.
Ingredients:
  • ½ kg of beetroot
  • ½ kg carrots
  • 300 grams of blackberries
  • 250 grams of honey
Preparation:
Peel and grate the beetroot and carrots. Then peel and cut the apples and put all of the ingredients in a blender.
 Put this mixture in the fridge for 24 hours until it turns into a jelly and then drain it and keep it in glass bottles.
This beverage is excellent and it is extremely healthy for the blood vessels and improves the immunity. It is recommended to be consumed in the morning per 100ml.
